Interdisciplinary Studies: The Arts and Sciences Division develops the core academic competencies necessary for student success in college and in the global workplace. Successful completion of the general education core ensures that students acquire a breadth of knowledge across the Arts and Sciences disciplines. These disciplines consist of Art, English, Literature, Humanities, Mathematics, and Social Sciences. Also included in the division of Arts and Sciences are First-Year Experience, Learning Support, and the Academic Success Center.
